Feedback that isn't generic

Five steps to set up your assistant

Choose your platform — the tool we're standardising on today.

Give it instructions: follow the CRAFT structure and ask for context, role, action, format, and tone when you don't provide them.

Upload 1–2 reference documents — a curriculum guide, past lesson, or scheme of work.
