About
I spent twenty years building CRM systems. Now I use that skill to help businesses grow.
Most businesses don't have a talent problem. They have a systems problem — and the right system is what still works on your worst week.

I'm Resa Gooding. For the last twenty years I've worked inside the systems that make service businesses grow — or quietly leak revenue.
A lot of that career was spent building CRM systems: mapping pipelines, cleaning data, automating follow-up, and making sure the right message reached the right person at the right time. I co-founded Cacao Media and scaled it into a seven-figure agency — one of Israel's top HubSpot Diamond partners — before it was acquired. Through RevOps Reset, I rebuilt revenue operations for businesses that had the talent but not the structure.
Across that work: $2B+ in influenced revenue and more than 40M contacts inside the CRMs I've touched. The pattern is the same every time. The businesses that grow aren't the ones with the best product. They're the ones with the clearest, most repeatable system.
Effort is not a system. A system is what still works on your worst week.
Cultivating Success is what that became. Today I use the same CRM and systems-building skill — now powered by AI — to help professional firms, service trades and educators install client follow-up, repeat-business and classroom systems that keep working even when the owner is pulled elsewhere.

Philosophy
The market cannot refer what it cannot understand.
You don't need to be everywhere. You need to be clear enough — and structured enough — that the right people instantly know when to think of you, and that your follow-up happens whether you're in the room or not. That's the entire game.
