I'm a serial entrepreneur, revenue systems architect and executive strategist. For more than a decade — across SaaS, digital education, and the creator economy, and across Israel, Ireland, Cyprus, India and the Caribbean — I've done one repeatable thing: built the infrastructure that turns growth ambition into scalable, predictable revenue.
I've founded three ventures under Y.R. Balanzah Ltd. My foundational proof of concept was Cacao Media — a HubSpot Diamond Agency I co-founded and scaled to seven figures before a successful acquisition. The agency was acquired largely because of its systems: proprietary onboarding playbooks, CRM governance, repeatable GTM frameworks. That experience cemented my philosophy: revenue is architecture.
At HubSpot in Dublin I designed an entirely new global accreditation ecosystem — 350+ partners accredited, 76% partner services adoption a full year ahead of target, and over $26M in annual savings unlocked.
Today I run RevOps Reset (influenced $24M+ in client revenue in 12 months, rebuilt CRMs holding 1M+ contacts), I'm Co-Founder & CSO of Khoola — a creator economy platform repositioning human expertise as the premium alternative to AI-generated content — and I lead Cultivating Success for individuals navigating transitions: career pivots, relocation, and the hard work of becoming who you said you'd be.
I hold an EMBA from Quantic School of Business & Technology and a BSc in Economics & Statistics from the University of the West Indies (cum laude). I'm the author of Empowering Marketing & Sales with HubSpot.
