Teachers attending The Practical AI Workshop For Teachers
Built for real classrooms

Practical AI for the teachers shaping September.

01 · Why This Summer

Your students will use AI in September. Will you be ready?

By the time school reopens, most of your students will already be using AI to write, summarise, and "do homework" — whether the school has a policy or not. Teachers who understand the tools will set the tone. Teachers who don't will spend the year on the back foot.

This workshop is the practical, no-hype catch-up — built specifically for educators. No grand theories, no surveillance pitches, no "replace yourself with a bot." Just the small handful of moves that genuinely save you time and protect real learning.

02 · What You'll Walk Away With

Four shifts that change your school year.

01

Plan a unit in minutes, not weekends

Use AI to draft lesson plans, rubrics, and differentiated activities tailored to your class — without losing your voice.

02

Give better feedback, faster

Turn marking into a 10-minute task. Generate comments, level-appropriate explanations, and parent-friendly summaries.

03

Stop fearing AI in student work

Understand what AI can and can't do, set clear classroom policies, and design assignments that still build real thinking.

04

Walk into September prepared

Leave with a starter toolkit, ready-to-use prompts, and a simple plan for your first month back.

03 · The 2-Hour Agenda

Live, practical, and built around your classroom.

Hour 1

How AI actually works (no jargon)

What today's tools are good at, where they fail, and how to talk to them so they actually help.

Hour 1

Planning, resources & differentiation

Live demos using free tools to plan a real lesson and adapt it for different levels of learners.

Hour 2

Feedback, marking & communication

Templates and workflows you can use Monday morning — marking, parent emails, reports.

Classroom policy & Q&A

A simple, defensible AI policy for your class, plus open Q&A on your real-world questions.

About the Facilitator · Resa Gooding

Former Teacher · Technology Leader · AI Educator

Resa Gooding is an educator, entrepreneur, and technology strategist with more than 20 years of experience helping people adapt to change and thrive in a rapidly evolving world.

What makes Resa uniquely qualified to lead this workshop is that she began her career in the classroom. After graduating from The University of the West Indies with a BSc in Economics and Statistics (cum laude), she worked as a teacher in Trinidad and Tobago before relocating to Israel, where she continued teaching for three years.

Having spent years in education, she understands first-hand the realities teachers face: large workloads, limited time, increasing administrative demands, diverse student learning needs, and the constant pressure to keep students engaged while staying current with new technology.

Resa later transitioned into the technology sector, where she became a recognised leader in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and business systems. She co-founded Cacao Media, one of Israel's leading HubSpot Diamond agencies, before its successful acquisition, and later joined HubSpot's European headquarters in Dublin, where she designed and scaled global education and accreditation programmes used by hundreds of partners worldwide.

Today, through her work with Cultivating Success, RevOps Reset, and Khoola, Resa helps professionals, businesses, and educators understand how to use AI practically and responsibly to save time, improve outcomes, and remain relevant in a changing world.

Her approach is grounded in a simple belief: technology should not replace great teachers—it should give them more time to do what they do best: teach, inspire, and support their students.

Resa holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and is the author of Empowering Marketing & Sales with HubSpot.
