AI Implementation Advisory
Your firm is spending expensive hours on work a system could do in minutes.
A fixed-scope, done-for-you engagement that builds and configures working AI systems inside your practice — for law firms and accounting practices ready to reclaim billable time. Not generic training. Not a slide deck. Working systems, handed back to your team in three to four weeks.

The Expensive Problem
Every hour your team spends on intake, document drafting, client onboarding, or month-end reconciliation is an hour that isn't billable, isn't strategic, and isn't going away on its own.
The Core Insight
You don't have a capacity problem.
You have an automation problem.
Hiring more people is not the only way to create more time. Law firms and accounting practices carry the same structural cost: high-value, credentialed people spending hours on work that follows a predictable pattern — intake, drafting, compliance prep, reconciliation, client communication. That work can be systemized.
Most firms have never had someone build it for them.

The same expensive problem, two industries.

- Client intake and triage

- Billing narratives
- Client communication and follow-up
- Research memo preparation
For Accounting Practices
- Client onboarding

- Compliance filing preparation
- Client communication and follow-up

Why This, Why Now
What makes this different from hiring a generalist, or doing it yourself.
Built for your firm, not a template
Every system is configured inside your actual tools and workflows — not a generic AI course or a set of prompts you have to figure out how to use.
Fixed scope, fixed price
No open-ended hourly consulting. You know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before we begin.
Delivered by someone who builds, not just advises
These systems are hands-on built and configured — not scoped out and handed to someone else to figure out.
Your team can run it without you
Training and documentation are part of every Sprint, so the systems don't depend on any one person to keep working.

About the Facilitator
Resa Gooding
Global RevOps operator. Host of the AI Literacy Workshop for Beginners. Practitioner who runs her own firm on the systems she builds for yours.
For over two decades I've worked across the Caribbean, Israel, Europe and the United States — inside HubSpot's global partner ecosystem, alongside law firms, accounting practices, consultancies and high-growth service businesses. That global vantage point matters: the expensive problem in your firm is not unique, and neither is the solution. I've seen it solved in enough rooms to know what works.
I host the AI Literacy Workshop for Beginners, the sessions professionals attend when they've heard enough about AI and want to understand — practically — what it can actually do inside a working practice. The Sprint is what happens next: the systems, built and configured inside your firm.
I'm also a service provider myself. Through RevOps Reset I advise revenue leaders one-on-one, and I run that practice using the exact AI systems I implement for clients — intake, drafting, follow-up, reporting, client communication. The result: I've cut my own working hours by more than 50% without cutting revenue, capacity, or client quality. I don't recommend anything I'm not already running myself.
That is the entire promise of this Sprint. Working systems, built by someone who builds them for a living — and depends on them daily.

FAQ
Common questions.
What if we don't know which automations we need?
That's exactly what Week One is for. The audit identifies the highest-value opportunities — you don't need to arrive with a plan.
Will this work with the software we already use?
Systems are built inside your existing practice management, client, and communication tools. Nothing about how your firm already works needs to change first.
Is this different for law firms versus accounting practices?
The framework is the same — audit, build, train — but every system is configured around your specific workflows, whether that's case files and billing narratives or client files and month-end close.
What happens after the thirty days of support end?
Most firms move onto the Systems Retainer to keep things maintained and to expand into new use cases. It's optional, not required.
